- • The BIM Specialist leads and supports Building Information Modeling efforts for complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, playing a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards and digital delivery strategies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing detailed BIM models for treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure; leading or supporting BIM standards and workflows; collaborating with engineers and project managers for model coordination; overseeing model quality control; preparing BIM deliverables such as drawings and visualizations; providing technical guidance to junior staff; acting as a technical liaison with clients and contractors; and staying current with emerging BIM technologies in the water sector.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of BIM modeling experience with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- • Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit; experience with Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related Autodesk tools is a plus
- • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting BIM standards and digital delivery strategies
- • Strong understanding of utility systems, piping, and site infrastructure
- • Ability to manage complex models and datasets across multidisciplinary teams
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
