- • Support the development of scopes, budgets, and pricing for bioanalytical studies, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while supporting the financial lifecycle of awarded studies from forecasting through close-out.
- • Assist with study scoping, bioanalytical budget and fee estimate development, pricing materials for proposals and RFQs, quotation and contract preparation, project number creation, document tracking, and change order evaluation for scope and financial impact.
- • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Contracts teams to maintain consistency across pricing models, templates, and assumptions, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- • Provide financial support for awarded bioanalytical projects by maintaining project data in local and global systems, assisting with weekly forecasting, variance tracking, WIP monitoring, invoice preparation, pass-through cost allocation, and project close-out activities.
- • Support development and optimization of Smartsheet tools and pricing templates, utilize AI and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy, identify process improvement opportunities, and assist with ordering study-specific materials and supplies for the Bioanalytical department.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience supporting proposal development, budgeting, or pricing in a scientific, clinical, or pharmaceutical environment.
- • Proficiency with financial tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and project financial lifecycle management.
- • Strong skills in Smartsheet, Excel, or similar tools for data management, template development, and process optimization.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Contracts.
- • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance in pricing models and financial documentation.
