📋 Description

• Biology AI Training Expert role at Anyone AI Inc. focuses on creating high-quality, deterministic STEM training data to improve frontier AI models' reasoning in scientific domains, directly contributing to advancements in AI-driven biological discovery and problem-solving capabilities.
• The role is critical for ensuring AI systems can handle complex, real-world biological reasoning tasks with verifiable accuracy, supporting the development of more reliable and scientifically grounded AI tools used by leading research institutions.
• Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI systems by crafting original, multi-step challenges rooted in authentic scientific workflows across molecular biology, genetics, systems biology, computational biology, or bioinformatics.
• Create deterministic tasks with exactly one verifiable correct answer, ensuring each problem is grounded in real biological practice and solvable through logical, reproducible reasoning.
• Submit complete, verified solutions for every problem, including detailed explanations and validation steps to guarantee correctness and clarity for AI training purposes.
• Build problems involving experimental reasoning, biological systems modeling, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows, integrating domain-specific knowledge to reflect actual research or industry practices.
• Use Python and, when relevant, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools (e.g., Biopython, pandas, BLAST, or structural biology software) to implement, test, and verify problem solutions.
• Ensure high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity in all deliverables, adhering to scientific best practices for documentation and problem design.
• Collaborate remotely with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers to maintain consistency in problem quality and alignment with training objectives.
• Contribute to iterative feedback loops with AI training pipelines, helping refine model performance through expert-designed challenge sets.
• Maintain strict attention to detail and scientific accuracy in all written outputs, ensuring problems are unambiguous, technically sound, and suitable for advanced AI evaluation.
• Engage in continuous learning by working at the intersection of biology and AI, gaining insight into how frontier models process and reason about complex scientific data.
• Develop expertise in AI training data design, learning how to construct effective benchmarks that probe model limitations and drive improvements in scientific reasoning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biology or a closely related life sciences field
• Demonstrated research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative biological analysis
• Strong proficiency in Python, with preference for experience in data analysis or bioinformatics workflows
