📋 Description

• Join Windranger Labs as a Blockchain Engineer, a pivotal role focused on shaping the future of decentralized finance and real-world assets (RWAs) on-chain. You will be instrumental in researching, designing, and implementing cutting-edge blockchain protocols, modules, and technologies that power Mantle, a leading platform for institutional and traditional finance (TradFi) to access RWAs. With a backing of over $4 billion in community-owned treasury, Mantle is at the forefront of bridging the gap between traditional finance and the Web3 ecosystem, offering unparalleled credibility, liquidity, and scale.
• As a Blockchain Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the core development of our blockchain infrastructure. This involves diving deep into the intricacies of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. You will be tasked with researching emerging blockchain trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact, and translating these insights into robust, scalable, and secure protocol designs.
• A significant part of your role will involve the hands-on development of blockchain protocols and modules. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, primarily using languages like Go and Rust. Your expertise will extend to smart contract development, where you will leverage your proficiency in Solidity to build and deploy secure and performant smart contracts that underpin our ecosystem's functionalities.
• You will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. This includes preparing detailed design documents that outline the architecture, functionality, and technical specifications of new features and protocols. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all developed components. Rigorous testing is paramount to maintaining the integrity of our platform.
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key aspects of our team culture. You will actively participate in technical discussions, share your expertise with fellow engineers, and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This includes mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in blockchain development.
• Supporting the Mantle community is an integral part of this role. You will contribute to creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to empower developers and users within our ecosystem. Effective communication and clear documentation are essential for driving adoption and fostering a vibrant community.
• You will have the opportunity to work with and contribute to open-source blockchain projects, gaining exposure to industry-leading technologies and collaborating with a global community of developers. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of Mantle and its subsidiaries, including mETH, fBTC, MI4, and MantleX.
• This role offers a unique chance to be at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized technology, working on solutions that bring real-world assets onto the blockchain. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to a project with significant backing and a clear vision for mass adoption.
• Your work will involve staying abreast of the latest advancements in cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and smart contract security. You will be expected to quickly conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate new ideas and technologies, ensuring that Mantle remains at the cutting edge of blockchain innovation.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable and secure decentralized systems. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• You will be contributing to a platform that is built on the Bybit network and partners with leading issuers and protocols such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY, and EigenLayer, providing a robust foundation for RWA tokenization and management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-5 years of professional experience in blockchain development, distributed systems, or related software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Rust, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity.
• Familiarity with mainstream blockchain platforms, their core algorithms, and cryptography.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
