đź“‹ Description
- • KissMyApps (KMA) is a dynamic and rapidly growing platform company, uniting 7 product verticals and over 30 AI-first products that serve more than 100 million users globally. Our proprietary ecosystem encompasses advanced analytical, payment, and marketing solutions. KMA's products are leaders in their respective niches, including utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness, with flagship offerings like AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, and Calorie Counter consistently ranking at the top of the App Store charts and addressing the needs of a vast international community.
- • Our competitive advantage lies in our accelerated growth trajectory, with KMA expanding at a minimum of 3x year-over-year. To sustain and amplify this momentum, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Operations Lead to join our team and help us scale even faster. This pivotal role serves as the operational backbone of our holding company's management system. You will be the sole point of accountability, ensuring that our board meetings function as effective instruments for strategic decision-making, rather than mere reporting exercises. Your primary objective is to establish standardized, transparent, and efficient processes for all portfolio companies' boards.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Coordinate the preparation of quarterly board meetings for all portfolio companies, meticulously managing deadlines, standardizing formats, and pre-screening all submitted materials to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
- • Conduct thorough reviews of board decks before they are presented to the Holding CEO, providing constructive feedback and requiring revisions if materials do not meet established standards, thereby safeguarding the quality of strategic discussions.
- • Collaborate closely with the Holding COO to formulate and finalize the agenda for each board meeting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs.
- • Meticulously document and track all decisions made during board meetings, clearly assigning owners and deadlines for each action item to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- • Develop and maintain a robust tracking system for the execution of board-approved decisions, providing clear visibility to top management and enabling effective oversight of strategic initiatives.
- • Uphold and enforce unified standards for documentation and reporting across the entire portfolio, ensuring consistency and comparability of performance metrics and strategic updates.
- • Act as a central point of contact for board-related operational matters, facilitating smooth communication and information flow between portfolio companies and the holding company leadership.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize board processes, implement best practices, and enhance the overall effectiveness of governance and strategic decision-making within the KMA ecosystem.
- • Support the development and implementation of board meeting best practices, including the use of technology and standardized templates to streamline preparation and execution.
- • Ensure that board materials are comprehensive, data-driven, and clearly articulate the strategic rationale, risks, and expected outcomes of proposed initiatives.
- • Facilitate post-board meeting follow-up, ensuring that action items are clearly communicated, understood, and integrated into the operational plans of the respective companies.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of KMA's corporate governance framework by providing insights and recommendations based on board operational experiences.
- • Build strong working relationships with CEOs, COOs, and other key stakeholders across the portfolio to foster a collaborative and efficient board operation environment.
- • Prepare concise summaries and reports for executive leadership on board meeting outcomes and the status of key strategic initiatives.
- • Ensure compliance with any relevant corporate governance regulations or internal policies related to board operations.
