đź“‹ Description
- • Are you a master orchestrator, a strategic thinker, and an execution powerhouse ready to drive success across a dynamic, multi-faceted business portfolio? Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Executive Partner to the CEO (Portfolio Operations) to serve as the central nervous system for our CEO, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment across three distinct and rapidly growing ventures: luxury Caribbean vacation rental asset management, home services/insulation, and Boston real estate development.
- • This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, acting as the CEO’s right hand and command center. You will be instrumental in translating the CEO’s vision and fast-moving ideas into actionable plans, robust systems, and unwavering follow-through. Your primary objective will be to keep our diverse operational teams and partners accountable, ensuring that no critical task or strategic initiative falls through the cracks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing complex projects, and possess an innate ability to drive accountability, this remote role is for you.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire execution lifecycle. You will meticulously own the CEO’s calendar, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities and facilitates efficient planning rhythms. This includes managing weekly planning sessions and conducting daily execution check-ins to maintain momentum and address any emerging challenges. A core function of this role is to transform the CEO’s high-level concepts and “brain dumps” into meticulously structured tasks, complete with clearly assigned owners, realistic deadlines, and robust follow-up mechanisms. You will be empowered to escalate issues when necessary, ensuring proactive problem-solving and timely resolution.
- • Driving cross-business execution is paramount. You will be responsible for unifying plans across the different entities within the portfolio, proactively identifying and removing operational blockers, and maintaining critical momentum, especially during rapid pivots or market shifts. To facilitate this, you will maintain a comprehensive weekly portfolio scorecard. This scorecard will track key performance indicators across marketing and sales, monitor project milestones, highlight potential risks, and outline critical next actions for each business unit. This data-driven approach will provide the CEO and leadership teams with clear visibility into performance and strategic progress.
- • Your role will involve close partnership with key operators and external partners, including those in Operations, Sales, and Deal management. You will work collaboratively to track commitments, ensure accountability, and foster a culture of high performance. Effective coordination across multiple time zones and diverse teams is essential, including managing communication and workflows with ground support teams in St. Martin and a network of remote Virtual Assistants. Your ability to bridge geographical and cultural divides will be key to success.
- • Furthermore, you will provide light support for investor and client communications, focusing on owners and investors rather than direct guest interactions. This requires a professional and discreet approach to managing stakeholder relationships. You will leverage a suite of cutting-edge tools and technologies, including project management software like ClickUp or Asana, collaborative platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace, and potentially CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, along with automation tools like Zapier or Make. Familiarity with AI tools for writing and automation will also be advantageous.
- • This position demands a proactive, highly organized, and results-oriented individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will be the CEO’s trusted partner, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into tangible results, and that the entire portfolio operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. If you are passionate about operational excellence and eager to make a significant impact within a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, or Operations Partner role, directly supporting a founder or CEO.
- • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage end-to-end execution systems, from priority setting and planning to tracking and completion.
- • Proven comfort and effectiveness in enforcing accountability with senior operators and external partners, utilizing a clear, confident, and consistent follow-up style.
- • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent, and a disciplined approach to KPI reporting.
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working remotely, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp or similar), and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive pay commensurate with experience and role.
- • Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere, with flexibility in your work location.
- • Significant professional growth and development opportunities within a portfolio of fast-growing global companies.
- • Be an integral part of a dynamic and innovative team, directly impacting the success of multiple businesses.
- • Gain exposure to diverse industries including luxury hospitality, home services, and real estate development.
- • Build a long-term, stable career with a company committed to connecting top talent with vetted employers.
