• • As the "accountability engine" for our portfolio, you will be instrumental in ensuring our businesses operate at peak performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the critical infrastructure that drives progress, visibility, and success across three distinct business units. Your primary focus will be to create and manage robust KPI dashboards and operating scorecards, serving as the weekly "source of truth" for performance metrics. This involves meticulous tracking of key operational indicators, from lead flow and sales performance (including speed-to-lead, close rates, and pipeline health) to project milestones. Your proactive approach will involve identifying and flagging risks early, allowing for timely intervention and mitigation.
• • A core component of this role is the execution of a rigorous weekly accountability cadence. You will lead these crucial meetings with operators and partners, ensuring clear commitments are made, blockers are identified and addressed, overdue items are resolved, and definitive next actions are assigned. This structured approach is designed to drive momentum and ensure that objectives are met without requiring direct CEO micromanagement. Your ability to foster a culture of ownership and follow-through will be paramount.
• • Driving process consistency is another key responsibility. You will work closely with Virtual Assistants and operational teams to standardize critical workflows, including sales scripts, CRM processes, database nurturing techniques, and follow-up standards. This standardization ensures a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and business units.
• • To support our rapid scaling and future expansion into new cities, you will be tasked with documenting repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing comprehensive playbooks. These resources will be essential for onboarding new team members, replicating successful strategies, and maintaining operational efficiency as we grow.
• • You will also play a vital role in translating the CEO's strategic priorities into actionable project roadmaps. This includes meticulous milestone tracking, particularly for our real estate initiatives, ensuring that strategic goals are broken down into manageable steps and executed effectively.
