- • Your primary responsibilities will include thoroughly assessing insurance coverage, determining liability, and evaluating damages for complex claims.
- • You will be the primary point of contact for customers and attorneys, engaging in communication through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and text messages, ensuring a clear and compassionate claims process.
- • Leveraging innovative platforms and cutting-edge tools, you will skillfully negotiate injury settlements with all involved parties, aiming for fair and timely resolutions.
- • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage a high volume of pending cases, demonstrating expertise in third-party casualty adjusting, as well as first-party collision and third-party property damage claims.

- • As an Investigator, you will confidently and independently delve into casualty claims, conducting detailed damage reviews and meticulously interpreting policy language to establish coverage.
- • You will excel as an Effective Communicator, utilizing phone, email, and potentially video conferencing to guide customers through a fast, fair, and easy claims process, adapting your communication style to meet their preferences and keep them informed.
- • Your role as a Negotiator will involve evaluating and settling claims with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants, adhering strictly to legal and business standard methodologies, and employing effective tactics for handling challenging and complex situations.
- • You will be a proactive Problem Solver, utilizing a suite of tools including estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms, all while applying sharp critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- • As a Recorder, you will safeguard the company's financial interests by executing policies in accordance with agreements and maintaining a clear, accurate record of your work within the claims system, ensuring timely and precise documentation for each claim.
- • This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage intricacies, liability determination, and relevant state regulations.
- • You will be expected to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- • The position involves utilizing various technological tools and platforms to facilitate claims evaluation and management.
- • Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones and cannot reside in California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
