• • The Senior Product Delivery Lead owns complex backlogs across multiple workstreams, leads discovery for large features, coordinates cross-team dependencies, and mentors junior PDLs, playing a critical role in delivering unified customer experience solutions for over 100,000 restaurants globally.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and driving multi-epic backlogs, leading product discovery workshops, maintaining refined backlogs for 2+ sprints, managing stakeholder relationships, identifying cross-team dependencies, and mentoring junior team members to elevate delivery standards.
