- • As a BPN Operations Excellence Program Manager at Banner Health, you will turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful decisions across the organization, directly impacting operational and clinical outcomes.
- • You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports, work with multi-source datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and Teradata, and serve as the go-to data resource for operational teams by translating business questions into analytical solutions.
- • You will be part of Banner Plans & Networks (BPN), an accountable care organization that joins Banner Health with physicians to deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions, working in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving clinical and operational performance.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow your skills in healthcare analytics, Python, and modern data tools while contributing to system implementations, process redesign, and performance management systems, all within a stable healthcare setting where your work drives real-world impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Power BI
- • Ability to independently navigate large, complex datasets and uncover meaningful insights
- • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Teradata, Cerner, Innovaccer, Jiva, IDX, or Salesforce reporting
- • Effective communication skills to translate data findings into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences
- • Experience applying quantitative and qualitative process improvement techniques
