- • Manage strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for assigned Business Process Services (BPS) vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational needs.
- • Serve as the central point of contact for all vendor-related purchases, deliveries, and operational challenges across Business Operations teams.
- • Lead the selection, acquisition, and monitoring of contractual agreements with onshore and offshore vendors, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
- • Articulate, negotiate, and finalize service level agreements (SLAs) that define clear expectations for service delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
- • Drive partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and maximize value derived from vendor spend.
- • Monitor, analyze, and track committed contract spend for all active vendor agreements, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvement.
- • Interpret, analyze, and negotiate vendor contracts, including identifying and addressing redlines, terms, and conditions to protect organizational interests.
- • Guide and influence internal Luminare Health staff to ensure vendor deliverables align with business objectives and deliver maximum return on investment.
- • Communicate vendor requirements, contract changes, and business correspondence clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels.
- • Present complex vendor performance data and contractual updates to stakeholders across Business Operations, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- • Respond to questions and resolve issues raised by both internal teams and external vendors, maintaining professional and productive relationships.
- • Solve practical operational problems in environments with limited standardization, applying critical thinking and adaptable approaches.
- • Interpret diverse instruction formats including written documents, oral directives, diagrams, and scheduling materials to execute vendor management tasks accurately.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor performance, contract terms, financial commitments, and escalation paths for audit and compliance readiness.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor capabilities with evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration of outsourced services.
- • Proactively identify risks in vendor relationships and implement mitigation strategies to prevent service disruptions or financial overruns.
