📋 Description

• Transcribe and transform founder voice notes and bullet points into polished LinkedIn posts and blog drafts using AI tools such as Claude and Perplexity
• Create branded visual content in Canva including social post graphics, blog headers, pull quotes, and other on-brand assets using existing brand kits
• Schedule and publish social media content via tools like Taplio or similar platforms on a consistent weekly cadence
• Publish weekly blog posts to the company website with attention to formatting, SEO basics, and brand tone
• Maintain a simple content calendar to track publishing deadlines, upcoming topics, and items requiring founder input
• Lightly repurpose single content ideas into multiple formats across LinkedIn, blog, and other channels
• Ensure all published content meets high standards for grammar, spelling, typography, color consistency, and brand alignment
• Flag potential issues such as typos, off-brand visuals, or scheduling conflicts before content goes live
• Work within a defined brand voice and visual identity to produce cohesive, professional content for a US-based B2B audience
• Collaborate remotely with the founder during a weekly sync held during US Pacific Time hours
• Use AI tools naturally as part of daily workflow to enhance efficiency and output quality without compromising brand integrity
• Produce clean, professional graphics independently without requiring design oversight
• Maintain organizational discipline to meet deadlines consistently and proactively communicate blockers
• Contribute to the evolution of a new content function at Lavendo with direct feedback from the founder
• Apply visual and written creativity to adapt existing content across platforms while preserving messaging and tone

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English — required for polishing content targeting US founders and executives
• Proficient in Canva — ability to work within brand kits and produce professional graphics independently
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, or similar for content drafting and refinement
• Strong attention to detail — ability to catch typos, inconsistent fonts, off-brand colors, and formatting errors
• Organized and reliable — consistent deadline adherence and proactive communication
• Some experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing — agency, startup, or freelance background preferred
