📋 Description
- • The Brand, Content & Creative Operations Lead will ensure the creative engine runs efficiently at scale, turning brand priorities into shippable work without compromising quality or speed.
- • Day to day, the role involves setting operating rhythms, building briefing systems, managing external agency and freelancer relationships, shipping high-visibility activations, unblocking cross-functional dependencies, and improving workflows through automation and tooling.
- • tem is rebuilding the global energy transaction infrastructure using AI-native technology to make electricity markets transparent, fair, and efficient, backed by a $75M Series B and scaling internationally.
- • In this role, the person will learn to design scalable creative operations systems, gain end-to-end ownership of complex activations, and directly impact how a fast-growing tech company communicates its mission at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience running creative, brand, content, or marketing operations in a fast-moving environment
- • High operational rigour with ability to build systems and optimise for shipping
- • Strong judgement on when to tighten process and when to get out of the way
- • Confident managing external partners across scopes, timelines, feedback loops, and quality control
- • Excellent stakeholder management: calm, direct, and hard to derail
- • Systems thinking: naturally maps dependencies, decision points, and failure modes
