  • • As the Brand & Growth Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of multiple Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sleep and bedding brands, driving their expansion across the vital UK, EU, and US markets.
  • • This is a unique 0–1 leadership opportunity, empowering you to take complete ownership of the brand-to-revenue pipeline. Your mission will be to transform high-quality manufactured products into thriving, high-performing global brands.
  • • You will be responsible for establishing and scaling brand presence across key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify, as well as developing strategies for B2B wholesale channels.
  • • A core part of your role will involve designing the entire marketing playbook from the ground up. This includes establishing repeatable and scalable launch systems that can be deployed efficiently across new and existing brands.
  • • Your ultimate objective is to drive significant revenue growth and market penetration in international territories.
  • • While the founder will oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations, you will have full autonomy over all customer-facing aspects of the business.
  • • This encompasses defining and building compelling brand identities, establishing clear market positioning, optimizing the digital customer experience, executing impactful performance marketing campaigns, and accelerating overall revenue.

  • • A significant responsibility will be building complete brand identities from the foundational elements of visual language and tone of voice to the strategic direction for packaging and overarching creative standards.
  • • You will lead the creative direction for a wide array of assets, including product shoots, engaging founder-led content, compelling social media campaigns, and impactful advertising creatives.
  • • A key focus will be on owning and meticulously optimizing Shopify storefronts. This involves enhancing user experience (UX), implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, developing high-performing landing pages, and establishing sophisticated email and SMS automation flows to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
  • • You will also direct Amazon brand presence, ensuring a strong and persuasive presence through A+ content, optimized storefront designs, and conversion-focused assets that resonate with the Amazon shopper.
  • • Your strategic planning will extend to executing successful product launches, developing engaging seasonal campaigns, and forging impactful influencer partnerships across the target international markets.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be identifying high-potential online market opportunities and translating these insights into actionable monetization strategies.
  • • You will implement performance-driven marketing systems that are directly tied to achieving revenue and growth milestones, ensuring a clear line of sight between marketing efforts and business outcomes.
