- • **Build Brand Awareness from Scratch:** Your primary mission will be to cultivate and expand Butternut Box's brand awareness within Italy. This involves developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the unparalleled benefits of fresh dog food, differentiating us from traditional kibble and wet food options.
- • **Develop and Execute High-Impact Campaigns:** You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with Italian dog owners. These campaigns should not only drive awareness but also foster genuine 'brand love' and encourage advocacy, making Butternut Box a household name for pet parents.
- • **Drive Sustainable Growth:** Collaborate closely with the Country Manager (Italy) and the Global Head of Brand to set ambitious growth objectives for the Italian market. You will be expected to generate creative ideas and implement strategies that contribute to achieving these targets, continuously monitoring and reporting on brand performance through robust tracking and experimentation.

- • **Champion Brand Guardianship and Communications:** Ensure all brand communications, across all channels, meticulously adhere to Butternut Box's established tone of voice, core values, and visual identity. You will be the guardian of our brand's integrity in the Italian market.
- • **Master the Italian Tone of Voice:** Adapt and refine our 'tone of voice' to perfectly suit the Italian audience, ensuring our unique selling propositions are communicated clearly and compellingly. This involves understanding local nuances and consumer language.
- • **Lead PR and Outreach Efforts:** Strategically coordinate external communications, manage inbound media opportunities, and proactively engage with relevant Italian news outlets and influencers to secure positive press coverage and build strong relationships within the media landscape.
- • **Manage Brand Marketing Initiatives:** Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of brand marketing projects, from initial ideation and strategic planning through to flawless execution. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended objectives.
- • **Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) and external partners (agencies, media, influencers) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and campaigns.
