We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead Dandy’s organic brand presence, a pivotal role within our Growth & Marketing organization.
- • This position will be responsible for the strategic development and meticulous execution of our organic social media strategy, public relations initiatives, community engagement efforts, and comprehensive brand reputation management. Dandy’s manager roles are designed for individuals who are passionate builders and inspiring leaders. While you will initially be hands-on, directly involved in tasks such as crafting compelling social media posts, managing agency relationships, and engaging with our online community, your ultimate mandate is to construct robust, scalable programs and systems that foster long-term organic growth and brand equity.
- • We are actively searching for a candidate who possesses a potent blend of strong brand intuition and rigorous operational discipline. This individual must be adept at navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution, and who is genuinely excited by the prospect of elevating a category-defining brand. Your responsibilities will encompass owning and executing Dandy’s overarching organic brand strategy across all key channels, including social media, PR, and community platforms. You will be instrumental in developing and managing Dandy’s organic social media presence, which includes meticulous content planning, creative content creation, timely publishing, and insightful performance measurement.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves actively shaping and vigilantly protecting Dandy’s brand reputation. This will be achieved through diligent monitoring of online conversations, providing thoughtful and timely responses, and effectively escalating critical issues as they arise. You will foster strong collaborative partnerships with our Creative, Growth, Product Lifecycle Marketing, and People Operations teams to ensure unwavering brand alignment across all company initiatives and campaigns. Initially, you will be hands-on in building foundational programs, and subsequently, you will design and implement scalable processes, comprehensive playbooks, and strategic frameworks to support sustained organic growth and brand development.
- • You will proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to create compelling content that powerfully tells the story of Dandy’s groundbreaking technology, satisfied customers, dedicated people, and inspiring mission. A key responsibility will be leading the creation of original, in-the-field brand content. This involves personally capturing and shaping authentic moments from our labs, events, customer interactions, and internal team activities, while simultaneously developing repeatable systems to scale this vital brand storytelling effort. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally on high-visibility brand initiatives, such as Dandy’s Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program and our company podcast. Your role will include shaping key messaging, amplifying content across organic channels, and ensuring these programs significantly elevate overall brand perception and market presence.
- • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on critical brand health metrics, social media performance indicators, and the impact of PR efforts, consistently tying brand-building activities back to overarching business objectives. Additionally, you will manage our external PR agency to drive impactful earned media coverage, cultivate thought leadership opportunities, and enhance overall brand credibility in the marketplace. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a rapidly growing, category-defining company in a traditionally underserved industry.
