- • Own the end-to-end 2026 rebrand for Yubo, a Gen-Z social discovery platform with millions of active users, translating a decade of product magic into a cohesive, culturally resonant brand that can scale across the US, Europe and beyond.
- • Architect and roll out an entirely new visual identity and tone of voice across every touchpoint—product UI, App Store assets, paid social, lifecycle emails, safety comms, swag, event booths and executive decks—so that every pixel and syllable feels unmistakably Yubo.
- • Act as both strategist and creative director for high-impact brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, IRL pop-ups and viral social content that make Yubo famous for how it makes people feel: safe, seen and excited to meet new friends.
- • Partner daily with Product, Growth and Safety teams to weave brand moments into the core user journey—onboarding flows, safety nudges, milestone celebrations—so that brand is not an afterthought but a growth lever that boosts activation, retention and trust.
- • Build and manage a flexible creative ecosystem: brief and steer global agencies, boutique studios, freelance illustrators, motion designers and copywriters; negotiate scopes, timelines and budgets while safeguarding brand coherence.
- • Design scalable brand systems—governance docs, Figma libraries, CMS templates, training decks—that empower squads in Paris, London and NYC to ship on-brand work without bottlenecks.
- • Within your first 30 days, complete a forensic audit of every existing brand expression (ads, push notes, TikToks, help-center articles), run listening sessions with Gen-Z users, and present a 100-day rebrand rollout plan to the founder-led exec team.
- • By month 3, launch phase one of the new identity internally (all-hands reveal, brand portal) and externally (refreshed social channels, teaser film), setting measurable KPIs for aided awareness, sentiment and creative consistency.
- • By month 6, orchestrate a full-funnel brand campaign in the US East Coast priority market, backed by paid media, creator collabs and campus events; hire and mentor a lean in-house brand crew complemented by a vetted bench of freelancers.
- • Track performance obsessively—brand lift studies, social share-of-voice, app-store conversion deltas—and iterate quickly, turning insights into the next creative sprint while reporting impact to the board in plain English.
- • Champion Yubo’s safety-first ethos in every brand story, ensuring that “safe by design” is not only a product principle but a brand promise that parents, press and policy makers instantly understand and trust.
- • Represent Yubo at industry panels, brand summits and Gen-Z culture conferences, distilling community feedback into actionable briefs that keep the brand perpetually fresh and culturally ahead.
