  • • You will collaborate closely with Product and Executive Leadership to translate complex product innovations into clear, differentiated, and market-shaping messaging.
  • • This role requires leading comprehensive brand research initiatives, gathering voice-of-customer insights, and conducting in-depth competitive analysis to identify strategic whitespace and narrative opportunities.
  • • You will proactively monitor the competitive landscape, aiming to outperform competitors in brand presence, thought leadership initiatives, and executive visibility.
  • • You will own and maintain the company’s core messaging framework, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice and tone across all communications.
  • • Your responsibility extends to ensuring brand consistency and effective amplification across all touchpoints, including the website, marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, public relations, industry events, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership content.
  • • You will be tasked with elevating executive and company storytelling across various platforms, including media outlets, industry forums, customer communications, and significant strategic announcements.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves building a robust executive platform that enhances credibility, increases visibility, and strengthens industry influence.
  • • You will work in close partnership with our Creative Director to design and scale visual identity systems that effectively convey both enterprise-grade credibility and modern AI innovation.
  • • You will oversee the strategic evolution of our website and all major brand touchpoints, ensuring they function as strategic demand drivers.
  • • You will be responsible for creating bold, high-impact brand moments, such as product launches, major report releases, significant events, and integrated campaigns, all designed to increase brand "fame" and recognition in the market.
  • • You will collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing teams to ensure that brand initiatives directly contribute to pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact.
  • • You will develop and implement brand programs specifically designed to increase awareness, build trust, and foster preference among legal decision-makers.
  • • This role involves developing integrated campaigns that extend beyond traditional performance marketing to build long-term brand equity and sustainable market positioning.
  • • You will establish and manage comprehensive brand measurement frameworks, tracking key metrics such as awareness, perception, preference, share of voice, sentiment, and authority.
  • • You will define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for brand visibility, narrative ownership, and category leadership, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.
  • • You will build and maintain systems to meticulously track brand lift and competitive narrative positioning in the dynamic and fast-moving AI landscape.
  • • You will manage external relationships with creative agencies, PR partners, and freelancers to effectively amplify brand reach and authority.
  • • A significant part of this role will be building the brand function from the ground up, establishing scalable systems, processes, and best practices.
  • • You will have the opportunity to hire and mentor future brand and creative talent as the function grows.
  • • You will also support the broader marketing team and executive leadership with other strategic projects and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to company success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS environments.
  • • Demonstrated experience in high-growth, venture-backed companies, ideally at Series B–D funding stages.
  • • Proven track record of successfully defining, evolving, and executing brand positioning strategies within competitive market categories.
  • • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to simplify complex technological concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • • Experience marketing to enterprise-level audiences; familiarity with legal-tech or other regulated industries is a significant advantage.
  • • A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level vision into actionable, ground-level execution.
  • • A data-informed approach to brand building, utilizing insights and analytics to guide strategy and measure impact.
  • • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with diverse teams.
