📋 Description

• Lead high-impact brand marketing campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, partnerships, experiential, and influencer channels.
• Craft exceptional brand positioning, creative briefs, and marketing plans that connect cultural moments directly to the Acorns brand mission.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from original ideation through execution and post-launch optimization, ensuring total precision in delivery.
• Proactively integrate AI tools and workflows into the creative development process to scale content production, increase campaign agility, and explore innovative storytelling mediums.
• Confidently represent the Brand Marketing team with external agencies, creators, and internal leadership, successfully navigating legal and compliance requirements.
• Support full-funnel creator and influencer marketing strategies from high-level brand awareness down to conversion-driven demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, branded content programs, or influencer/creator management.
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns from the ground up.
• Impeccable strategic judgment and a deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and community building.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to seamlessly collaborate with creative, legal, compliance, and agency relationships.
