- • The Brasseler Sales Manager, Strategic Orthopedic Solutions (West Coast) role is responsible for executing sales strategies for new markets and products within Brasseler Medical, driving growth by launching products into complementary specialties and supporting strategic initiatives under the direction of senior leadership.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring effective launch of new and line extension products, achieving sales budgets, executing sales plans, synthesizing customer strategies with brand and sales goals, partnering with field sales teams and independent sales agents, and managing ISA partner inventory, case volumes, and education efforts.
- • The role operates within Brasseler, a division of Henry Schein, Inc., a world-class healthcare organization with over 40 years of reputation for quality, innovation, and integrity in dental and medical instrumentation, headquartered in Savannah, GA, and committed to a culture of respect, inclusivity, and career development.
- • The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in strategic orthopedic sales, influence cross-functional outcomes, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to accelerated growth in new markets while operating with autonomy and accountability in a remote, West Coast-based role near major airport hubs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in orthopedic sales with increasing responsibility
- • Deep knowledge of the US orthopedic sector, including sales channels and distribution models
- • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build strategic relationships, and drive action
- • Strong analytical, logical, and advanced problem-solving skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
