- • As a Broker Manager at Devoted Health, you will be instrumental in driving the success, engagement, and production of our independent agent network within the Indiana market. This fully remote role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to foster strong relationships with brokers, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated to represent Devoted Health's mission and growth plans.
- • You will be responsible for the meticulous execution of market-specific plans designed to enhance broker performance and expand our reach. This involves a deep dive into performance reports, identifying trends, and formulating actionable strategies to boost sales production and market penetration.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to serve as the primary conduit for feedback from the field brokers. You will actively listen to their insights, challenges, and successes, translating this information into valuable intelligence for internal teams and using it to refine our support and training initiatives.
- • You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for brokers, encompassing both classroom-style sessions and practical field-based guidance. This training will focus on product knowledge, sales techniques, and adherence to compliance standards, empowering brokers to effectively position Devoted Health's offerings.
- • Your influence will be critical in motivating brokers to increase their sales volume. 🎯 Requirements
- • State Health Insurance License in good standing.
- • Unrestricted driver's license.
- • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance or Medicare market.

- • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
