📋 Description
- • The Business Account Manager – Mass Spectrometry Enterprise Software role is critical to expanding Genedata’s footprint in the mass spectrometry enterprise software market, driving revenue growth by deepening relationships with existing customers and winning new enterprise clients in the biopharma, biotech, and CRDMO sectors.
- • Day to day, the role involves expanding strategic accounts by building relationships with stakeholders in analytical development, quality control, and R&D informatics; driving new enterprise sales through consultative approaches; leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead to close; collaborating with scientific, technical, legal, and marketing teams; and representing Genedata at industry events to capture customer feedback and inform product strategy.
