- • As a Business Advisor at Viatris Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies within a designated territory, focusing on the Australian generic market. Your primary objective will be to maintain and grow our market presence by ensuring optimal service to existing 1st line accounts and actively pursuing new customer acquisition targets.
- • You will be responsible for exceeding net sales targets for dispensary and Over-The-Counter (OTC) pharmacy products. This involves a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and aligning Viatris's product offerings to meet those demands, fostering strong, long-term relationships that ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and implement strategic business tactics aimed at optimizing substitution opportunities. This requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitor activities, and customer purchasing behaviours to effectively position Viatris products.
- • You will be empowered to design and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans. These plans will outline specific targets, detailed action steps, and measurable outcomes for each account within your territory, ensuring a structured and results-oriented approach to sales management.
- • Delivering a first-class sales experience is paramount. This will involve leveraging business insights, market analytics, and innovative deal-level strategies to engage with customers effectively. Your ability to understand customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and take ownership of territory issues will be critical to your success.
- • When necessary, you will escalate complex issues or challenges to the Regional Business Manager, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintaining accurate and consistent records of all customer interactions and call outcomes within the designated system is also a core responsibility, providing valuable data for performance analysis and strategic adjustments.
