- • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions align with client needs and operational goals.
- • Conduct stakeholder interviews and document reviews to assess current IAM environments, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to elicit, clarify, and document business and functional requirements for Identity and Access Management systems.
- • Perform detailed business process analysis to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements aligned with IAM best practices.
- • Draft, review, and validate comprehensive documentation including use cases, process workflows, requirements specifications, analysis reports, and test plans.
- • Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to support the development of technical design documentation that reflects validated business requirements.
- • Develop detailed test cases and test plans to validate the functionality, security, and compliance of implemented IAM solutions.
- • Conduct document reviews to ensure all deliverables adhere to standardized templates, with strict attention to spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.
- • Monitor project progress and communicate timely status updates, including escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
- • Analyze client and system data to evaluate data quality and inform the design and implementation of IAM systems.
- • Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and complies with industry standards for identity and access management governance.
- • Maintain strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- • Author clear, precise technical documentation that supports implementation, training, and compliance efforts across client deployments.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the delivery of high-quality IAM solutions to clients in banking, healthcare, education, government, and retail sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in supporting IT operations or business analysis
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM components: Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories
- • 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering and business process documentation
- • 2+ years of experience in IAM administration or implementation
- • Knowledge of all nine project management knowledge areas: Cost, Time/Schedule, Scope, Risk, Human Resource, Integration, Procurement, Communications, and Quality Management
- • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT-related field, or equivalent experience
