  • • In this pivotal role, you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and become an integral part of our high-volume paid acquisition efforts. This is a hands-on position where you will manage the entire user acquisition lifecycle, from the intricate setup of campaigns and iterative creative development to in-depth data analysis and comprehensive reporting. You will operate within a dynamic, fast-paced learning environment, enjoying a significant degree of autonomy in your daily tasks while receiving continuous guidance and constructive feedback from senior leadership to foster accelerated professional growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily management and scaling of our core paid acquisition channels and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Google. This involves meticulous campaign execution, ensuring the seamless operation of these critical growth engines. You will be instrumental in building scalable acquisition funnels by meticulously implementing tracking mechanisms and extracting actionable data insights that inform our strategies.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be active participation in our rigorous testing loop. This includes conceptualizing and preparing new ad concepts, meticulously organizing creative assets, and setting up sophisticated audience tests to identify optimal targeting parameters. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to reach new user segments and optimize campaign performance.
  • • You will be tasked with diligently monitoring campaign and funnel performance across our suite of core tools, such as Voluum, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and our internal dashboards. Promptly identifying and flagging any critical changes or performance anomalies is paramount to maintaining campaign health and efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for pulling, cleaning, and organizing performance data, including key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and retention rates, to provide robust support for weekly and monthly strategic reviews.
  • • Maintaining and updating internal reporting documents and dashboards will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date performance information. Your analytical prowess will be leveraged to translate raw data into clear, concise reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • • You will play a significant role in contributing to our creative and funnel optimization efforts. This includes supporting the creative briefing process by gathering relevant performance data and effectively communicating required asset changes and successful creative angles to the content team. Your insights will help shape the direction of our creative development.
  • • Collaboration with our Product and Content teams will be essential as you assist in the launch and testing cycles for landing pages, with a sharp focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for conversion rate improvements. You will also assist in documenting and implementing systematic processes designed to accelerate creative testing speed and mitigate ad fatigue, ensuring our campaigns remain fresh and engaging.
  • • In terms of partnership management and continuous learning, you will begin by building initial rapport with key traffic source representatives, supporting the Senior team in managing communications and reporting performance metrics. Your role will also involve researching and documenting potential new acquisition opportunities, including emerging networks, innovative ad formats, and cutting-edge tools that could further enhance our growth strategies.
  • • Staying abreast of platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts across all advertising platforms is critical. You will be expected to proactively monitor these changes and communicate their potential impact on our campaigns, ensuring compliance and maximizing performance.
  • • The challenges you will tackle are directly tied to our ambitious growth objectives. You will help us scale rapidly by executing daily campaign adjustments necessary to increase budgets while vigilantly monitoring data to maintain our target Cost Per Acquisition (CAC) and ROAS. Your analysis and execution will directly contribute to our goal of expanding our user base from 40 million to 100 million users. You will handle the foundational setup, including tracking and ad setup, required to successfully test and launch entirely new advertising platforms, opening up new avenues for growth. By running A/B tests on landing pages and funnels, you will identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency and conversion rates. Finally, you will act as a crucial link for creative development, translating performance data into actionable suggestions for the creative team and ensuring new ad concepts are launched and tracked effectively.
