- • Perform project activities to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements for IT systems and processes.
- • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide development efforts.
- • Create, maintain, and execute test scripts, test scenarios, and test cases to validate system functionality against business requirements.
- • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including planning, tracking changes, and securing formal sign-off from stakeholders.
- • Document and manage inbound and outbound data file structures and requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business units, IT teams, and end users to capture accurate and actionable specifications.
- • Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to align business requirements with development phases and deliverables.
- • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights and problem-solving techniques.
- • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail when documenting requirements, test criteria, and project documentation.
- • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and testing deliverables.
- • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify ambiguities, and drive projects to completion.
- • Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through verbal and written channels to audiences at all organizational levels.
- • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into system design and testing phases.
- • Support end-to-end testing processes from initial planning through final validation and deployment readiness.
- • Adapt to evolving project scopes and changing business needs while maintaining documentation integrity and process consistency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in IT or a related field
- • Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC)
- • Experience with user acceptance testing activities, plans, and tracking changes through sign-off
- • Ability to create, maintain, and execute test scripts and write test criteria and test cases
- • Demonstrated ability to facilitate, capture, and document business needs and requirements
