  • • As a Business Analyst Trainer at TrueTandem, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our clients and internal teams through comprehensive training and insightful business analysis. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives by ensuring that our stakeholders and development teams possess the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage technology effectively and achieve their mission-critical objectives.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between complex business needs and sophisticated technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business owners, technical resources, and program leadership, to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable requirements and effective training programs.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of business analysis, from initial requirement gathering and documentation to process reengineering and solution design. You will lead meetings, conduct interviews, analyze documentation, and utilize business modeling techniques to gain a deep understanding of client environments and their unique operational landscapes.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves acting as the primary liaison between business personnel and internal technical resources. You will ensure that business practices and solutions are clearly understood and effectively implemented, fostering a collaborative environment where technical development directly supports business outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for defining and documenting new business requirements, needs, and processes tied to the solutions being implemented. This includes articulating the intricate workings of systems to developer colleagues in the form of clear, concise, accurate, and effective business requirements, functional specifications, and User Stories (Product Backlog Items).
  • • Translating these requirements into practical solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency will be a core function. You will proactively develop and maintain functional knowledge of client business practices, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and providing guidance on how technology can best serve their strategic goals.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to change management. You will document, obtain approval for, and meticulously track all changes in project scope, ensuring that modifications are managed effectively and align with project objectives.
  • • Beyond analysis, you will be a key contributor to our training and development efforts. This includes developing comprehensive training curricula, designing structured learning paths, and creating engaging training materials. These materials may include eLearning modules, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other resources designed to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • • You will be responsible for gathering feedback on training effectiveness and iterating on content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate, and impactful. Your contributions will also extend to supporting change management communications, helping users adapt to new systems and processes.

  • • You will also participate in the prioritization, sizing, and business justification of future product enhancements, providing valuable insights from both a business and technical perspective.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years supporting large-scale or enterprise programs.
  • • Proven experience serving as the primary liaison between business owners, technical teams, and program leadership.
  • • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth business process reengineering (BPR), gap analysis, and root cause analysis for enterprise-level initiatives.
  • • Experience leading the creation and refinement of detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • • Experience supporting the development of enterprise architecture, data models, and system integration designs.
  • • Experience serving as a lead facilitator for backlog refinement, prioritization, user story development, and sprint planning.
  • • Deep expertise in requirements management tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
  • • Agile Scrum Certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe) are highly desirable.
