- • Deliver actionable analytics and insights to support product strategy, client reporting, and business performance for the 340B product suite within Clinical Research and New Solutions.
- • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Specialty Product, Account Management Services, and Clinical Account Executives to identify business opportunities and solve complex challenges.
- • Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities.
- • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise data warehouses and third-party data sources to inform decision-making across the organization.
- • Contribute to product development efforts by identifying data-driven opportunities and evaluating the performance of 340B-related products.
- • Provide consultative analytics support to internal customers, ensuring high responsiveness and service quality.
- • Collaborate with analytics peers and leadership to align analytical work with organizational goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Utilize Tableau to build and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools, with preference given to demonstrated proficiency in this platform.
- • Work with healthcare data including pharmacy and medical claims to derive insights that improve product performance and client relationships.
- • Operate in a remote work environment with a requirement for cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
- • Support annual bonus eligibility through consistent delivery of high-impact analytics and strategic contributions.
- • Maintain alignment with Cigna’s commitment to improving health and vitality through data-informed solutions that enhance client and patient outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- • Experience analyzing healthcare data, including pharmacy and/or medical claims
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing data visualization tools, Tableau preferred

- • Annual salary range of $98,200 - $163,600 USD, based on experience and geographic location
