📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic initiatives that will shape the future of India’s largest fixed-income marketplace. You will sit at the epicenter of decision-making, translating high-level vision into concrete, measurable actions that move the needle for 30 lakh+ investors and ₹4,000+ crore in booked investments.
• • Partner directly with the Business Head to identify the highest-leverage opportunities across growth, revenue, and operational efficiency. From zero-to-one product launches to large-scale process re-engineering, you will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution.
• • Lead deep-dive analyses that uncover hidden patterns in customer behavior, market dynamics, and unit economics. You will build robust data models in Excel, SQL, and BI tools to size opportunities, forecast impact, and track post-launch performance against aggressive OKRs.
• • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure every initiative lands on time and on target. You will translate complex findings into crisp narratives that secure buy-in from senior stakeholders and front-line teams alike.
• • Architect executive-level dashboards and reporting cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into KPI health. Your insights will directly influence budget allocation, roadmap prioritization, and investor reporting for marquee backers like Lightspeed, Matrix, and RTP Global.
• • Conduct rigorous competitive benchmarking and voice-of-customer research to keep Stable Money two steps ahead in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape. You will synthesize findings into actionable playbooks that accelerate market expansion and new product adoption.
• • Spearhead strategic projects such as entry into new fixed-income asset classes, geographic market expansion, and end-to-end process optimization. You will scope pilots, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly based on data and customer feedback.
• • Champion a culture of operational excellence by designing scalable workflows, documentation, and feedback loops. Your process-first mindset will reduce friction, eliminate waste, and empower teams to move faster without sacrificing quality or compliance.
