- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at New Relic, you will be at the forefront of driving technical wins and revenue growth by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing enterprise clients. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise and sharp business acumen, enabling you to understand complex client challenges and architect compelling solutions using the New Relic observability platform.
- • You will be the primary technical point of contact for new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities, partnering closely with Sales Account Executives to navigate the entire sales cycle. Your mission is to eliminate technical objections, build confidence in New Relic's capabilities, and clearly articulate the platform's value proposition in the context of each client's specific business objectives and technical environment.
- • A core responsibility involves conducting in-depth discovery workshops to meticulously uncover client pain points, strategic goals, and existing technology stacks. This understanding will empower you to craft and deliver highly customized, value-centric demonstrations and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, from IT professionals to C-level executives.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing technical proof points, including compelling product demonstrations, engaging workshops, and robust business value assets. These deliverables will showcase how New Relic can address critical business challenges, optimize digital applications, and drive tangible outcomes, thereby securing client buy-in and fostering strategic partnerships.
- • The role requires you to develop and present forward-thinking perspectives on how clients can leverage the New Relic platform to achieve current and future business potential, positioning New Relic as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
- • You will lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot engagements, meticulously designing and executing these initiatives to validate the New Relic value proposition against key customer business metrics and desired outcomes.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and business issues that may arise during the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- • You will directly contribute to achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets for your assigned territory, demonstrating a clear impact on the company's financial success.
- • Collaboration is key: you will work as an integral part of a broader account team, contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving efforts to address client needs holistically.
- • You will actively participate in knowledge sharing, contributing best practices and reusable assets to the wider Solutions Consulting team, thereby enhancing team efficiency and collective expertise.
- • A vital feedback loop involves providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Product Management team regarding product enhancements and new features that can better address evolving customer needs and unlock additional value.
- • Continuous learning and market awareness are essential; you will stay abreast of competitive landscapes, market trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position New Relic's differentiators.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including technical leaders and C-level executives, is paramount. Your goal is to cultivate internal champions for New Relic within the customer organization.
- • You will also support various marketing initiatives, which may include speaking at industry events, participating in executive briefings, presenting at user groups and conferences, and facilitating customer reference programs and social media campaigns.
