  • • This role demands a strategic and client-centric approach, focusing on understanding the unique needs and aspirations of each small business client. You will be empowered to grow and retain these valuable banking relationships through consistent, proactive engagement and the delivery of tailored financial solutions.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve making proactive outbound calls to your assigned clients at predetermined intervals. These interactions are designed to address any service-related needs, identify potential business challenges, and explore opportunities to enhance their financial standing.
  • • You will be a key player in promoting and cross-marketing KeyCorp's comprehensive suite of products and services. This includes keeping clients informed about new offerings, special promotions, and providing insightful financial advice through consultative reviews and regular, proactive contact.
  • • Collaboration is paramount in this role. You will engage in joint calls with internal partners to not only enhance their selling capabilities but also to uncover potential consumer opportunities. Furthermore, you will actively connect with Business Banking Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and other specialty partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless and integrated client experience.
  • • A core responsibility involves the meticulous review of financial statements, a thorough assessment of credit lines, and the efficient renewal of existing loans. This requires a keen analytical mind and a deep understanding of financial health.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to extend lending solutions in the form of business loans. This includes managing the entire lending process, from initial assessment to finalization, ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
  • • A relentless focus on client retention and the proactive mitigation of profitable client run-off is essential. Your ability to anticipate client needs and address potential concerns before they escalate will be a key differentiator.
  • • Beyond sales and relationship management, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks, acting as a knowledgeable bank advocate and advisor. This dual role ensures both client satisfaction and adherence to internal standards.
  • • Diligent management of all administrative tasks associated with your client portfolio is crucial. This ensures that all clients are managed in full compliance with bank regulations and internal policies, safeguarding both the client and KeyCorp.
