  • • Deliver exceptional quality consultancy services to our valued UK Police and Fire Services customers. A primary emphasis will be placed on the successful implementation of NECSWS Control Room Products and associated Services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • • Serve as a key subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance and support in the delivery and intricate configuration of NECSWS Control Room products. Your expertise will be crucial in tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • • Engage proactively and effectively with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operational requirements. Identify critical gaps in current systems or processes and meticulously recommend bespoke solutions that precisely align with their strategic objectives and immediate needs.
  • • Deliver high-impact consultancy and essential support through a variety of flexible formats. This includes conducting on-site visits, facilitating virtual consultations, and developing tailored, comprehensive documentation to support customer understanding and adoption.
  • • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations for delegates, adapting your approach based on available facilities and specific customer requirements, as and when needed. Your ability to articulate complex solutions clearly will be paramount.
  • • Take a leading role in, and actively contribute to, the development of innovative new consultancy offerings. This includes pioneering approaches for newly developed software services, ensuring our portfolio remains cutting-edge and responsive to market demands.
  • • Make insightful and actionable recommendations relating to the most effective utilization of NECSWS software. Ensure these recommendations are always in direct alignment with the client's unique business needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • • Guarantee that all consultancy engagements are delivered with the utmost effectiveness, consistently achieving positive customer feedback and exceeding expectations.
  • • Foster and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with both the products and the services provided. Critically, you will be responsible for feeding back any identified issues, challenges, or enhancement opportunities into the consultancy group and to other relevant internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • • Maintain and actively progress your knowledge base of NECSWS products and services. Embrace a culture of continuous learning to stay abreast of all updates, new features, and best practices.

  • • Support the transition of implemented solutions from project delivery to the support teams, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and a smooth handover process.
  • • Analyze existing customer workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization through the application of NECSWS control room technologies.
  • • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for consultancy matters.
  • • Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories, highlighting the positive impact of NECSWS solutions on public safety operations.
  • • Stay informed about evolving trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the UK policing and fire & rescue sectors that impact control room operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience working within a UK Police or Fire & Rescue control room environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational workflows, challenges, and critical incident management.
  • • Demonstrable experience in a consultancy, advisory, or business analysis role, with a focus on technology solutions within the public sector, specifically policing or emergency services.
  • • Strong knowledge of command and control systems, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), and integrated communication systems relevant to emergency services.
