You will operate at the nerve center of strategy, technology, and human experience, guiding Fortune-500 and high-growth clients across Latin America, North America, and Europe through multi-million-dollar digital-transformation programs.
• • Own the entire solution lifecycle—from whiteboard to worldwide rollout. Facilitate discovery workshops that surface pain points, map current-state processes, and quantify ROI opportunities. Translate findings into future-state blueprints that leverage Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and the broader Power Platform. Your designs will directly influence how millions of end customers interact with sales reps, service agents, marketers, and field technicians.
• • Configure and extend the platform to the last detail: entities, relationships, business process flows, custom APIs, real-time workflows, Power Automate flows, canvas and model-driven Power Apps, dual-write integrations with ERPs, and custom connectors to third-party systems. Ensure every click, code line, and configuration decision aligns with enterprise-grade security, performance, and scalability standards.
• • Lead agile, cross-functional squads of functional consultants, technical architects, developers, UX designers, data engineers, and QA analysts in two-week sprints. Run daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-grooming sessions while maintaining a razor-sharp focus on scope, budget, quality, and client-satisfaction KPIs. Present executive dashboards and ROI forecasts to C-suite stakeholders, translating technical trade-offs into clear business-impact narratives that secure continued investment.
• • Act as the primary escalation point for functional queries, risk mitigation, and scope-change negotiations. Build and maintain a living risk register, proactively surfacing issues before they become blockers. Negotiate change requests with diplomacy and data, ensuring both client value and project profitability are preserved.
• • Champion continuous improvement by establishing governance models, center-of-excellence playbooks, reusable IP, and training curricula that enable client teams to self-sustain long after go-live. Your thought leadership will be amplified through NEORIS knowledge-sharing forums, webinars, whitepapers, and open-source contributions.
• • Leverage NEORIS’ 20-year heritage and EPAM’s global scale to co-create industry accelerators—such as next-best-action engines for retail, patient-360 portals for healthcare, and policy-claims automation for insurance—that reduce implementation timelines by up to 30 % and set new market benchmarks.
• • Stay ahead of the technology curve by evaluating emerging Dynamics 365 features (e.g., Copilot AI, Customer Insights, real-time marketing journeys) and determining pragmatic adoption roadmaps that balance innovation with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI principles.
• • Mentor junior consultants and university interns through structured learning paths, hackathons, and bilingual (Portuguese-English-Spanish) knowledge-sharing sessions, cultivating the next generation of Latin American CRM leaders.
