  • • Vensure Employer Solutions, a leader in HR technology and service sector, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Consultant (Solvo) to join our on-site team in Chandler, Arizona.   • • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for Vensure's comprehensive suite of products and services. Your primary objective will be to articulate the significant benefits of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) to potential clients, ensuring their expectations are precisely aligned with the exceptional deliverables Vensure provides.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing sales pipelines through meticulous forecasting, strategic account resource allocation, and the development of robust account strategies and plans. This includes crafting both short-term and long-term sales strategies designed to significantly increase sales volume and enhance profit margins for the company.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve becoming an expert in the industry. This means staying abreast of new products and services, understanding evolving Broker practices, and continuously monitoring industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • • Proactive competitor analysis is crucial. You will be expected to be aware of competitors' initiatives, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify potential competitive threats to inform our own strategies.
  • • Taking full ownership for the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to your assigned clients is paramount. This demonstrates our commitment to client satisfaction and retention.
  • • You will prepare and present compelling renewal proposals and processes for existing clients, ensuring they continue to see the value in their partnership with Vensure. This includes preparing concise and impactful executive summaries for client presentations.
  • • Lead generation will be a core responsibility, utilizing our CRM system (Salesforce) to meticulously track all sales activities, manage your pipeline, and identify new opportunities.
  • • Diligence in completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by established deadlines is essential for operational efficiency and management oversight.
  • • Active participation in monthly consulting meetings is expected, where you will have the opportunity to offer training and coaching to staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
  • • This role requires a self-starter mentality, a high degree of motivation, and an unwavering focus on achieving new business targets. You must be adept at understanding both self-funded and fully insured products, as well as various financial arrangements.
  • • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are a must, enabling you to communicate effectively and professionally with carriers, members, and employers, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable industry professional.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills are vital for navigating complex client needs and developing tailored solutions. A keen attention to detail will ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work, from proposals to client management.
  • • You will represent Vensure with a professional style, taking pride in your work and strictly adhering to corporate policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in all client interactions is non-negotiable.
  • • A deep understanding of customer and potential customer needs and requirements will be the foundation for building strong, lasting relationships.
  • • You are expected to perform with sound business ethics and maintain a high standard of performance while diligently pursuing established company goals.
  • • The ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions is critical for effectively performing your key responsibilities and providing strategic insights.
  • • This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in B2B intangible sales, particularly within the insurance carrier, managed care organization, agency, TPA, Payroll, HCM, or PEO sectors.
  • • While not mandatory, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage, opening up broader market opportunities.
  • • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • • Proficiency with the MS Office suite is required for daily tasks and reporting.
  • • Holding a Life and Health License is considered a bonus, indicating a foundational understanding of the insurance landscape.
  • • Extensive travel within your designated sales territory will be required to meet clients and develop new business opportunities.
