📋 Description

• • Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery Program Manager responsible for establishing and overseeing ModMed’s BC/DR program to ensure organizational resilience and continuity of critical operations.
• • Day-to-day duties include designing and maintaining BC/DR policies and procedures, conducting business impact analyses and risk assessments, coordinating regular testing and exercises (tabletop and full-scale), managing incident response during disruptions, and reporting on program readiness and compliance to executive leadership.
