• Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate as Vice President of Salesforce Product Management at Flosum Inc., a 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform.
• Set the North Star by crafting a bold, multi-year product vision aligned with Salesforce’s evolution, including Agentforce and Data Cloud; build and lead a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security; obsess over customers by understanding their pain points and ambitions; ship impactful capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security; stay ahead of Salesforce releases; win the category through deep market insight; and act as a force multiplier across marketing, sales, success, and partners.
• Join a mission-driven company trusted by banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises to eliminate the tradeoff between moving fast and staying safe on Salesforce; report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and lead a passionate team solving high-stakes problems for release managers, developers, and CISOs.
• Define and execute a category-defining product strategy; build a top-tier product team that becomes the envy of the industry; ship releases that drive ARR growth and customer expansion; establish Flosum as the undisputed leader on the AppExchange; and help lead an enterprise software movement rooted in innovation and trust within the Salesforce ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• A product leader with 10+ years of experience and proven success in building and leading PM teams for 3+ years.
• Deep Salesforce expertise — native understanding of metadata, deployment challenges, governor limits, and platform nuances.
• Track record of shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers genuinely love and adopt.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic vision (5-year outlook) with short-term execution (shipping next Tuesday).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills — effective in 1:1 customer conversations, large presentations, analyst briefings, and board settings.
• Proven ability to attract, mentor, and inspire top product talent while championing team growth and retention.
