• • Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate as Vice President of Salesforce Product Management at Flosum Inc., a role critical to enabling mission-critical enterprises to innovate without compromising security or stability.
• • Set the North Star by crafting a bold, multi-year product vision aligned with Salesforce’s evolution, including Agentforce and Data Cloud; build and lead a world-class product team across DevOps, data management, and security; obsess over customer needs by engaging with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders; ship impactful capabilities such as Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security; stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases to ensure Flosum remains native and first-to-market; win the category through deep market insight and differentiated storytelling; and act as a force multiplier by partnering with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange/SI partners to drive business outcomes.
• • Join a mission-driven company that empowers banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises to move fast and stay safe on Salesforce through its 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform; report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and operate in a remote (US) or Pleasanton, CA hybrid environment with influence across global teams.
