📋 Description

• Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate by leading product strategy for Flosum’s 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform.
• Set the North Star by crafting a bold, multi-year product vision aligned with Salesforce’s evolution, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, while building and mentoring a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security.
• Obsess over customers by engaging with admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders to turn their insights into championed products like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, and zero-trust security.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, stay ahead of every Salesforce release, win the category through deep market understanding, and partner with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to turn great products into great businesses.
• Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and operates remotely (US) or from Pleasanton, CA, with impact felt across global enterprises including banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 companies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience with proven success in building and leading PM teams for 3+ years.
• Deep Salesforce native expertise, including hands-on experience with metadata, deployments, governor limits, and DevOps/ALM/data protection/security products that customers love.
• Proven ability to balance long-term strategy (5-year vision) with short-term execution (shipping next Tuesday), complemented by strong storytelling skills for audiences ranging from single customers to boards.
• Bonus: Deep fluency in Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), enterprise-scale data management (backup, archival, sandbox seeding, data masking), and experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR).
• Bonus: Perspective on AI’s impact on Salesforce admin/developer experience, plus Salesforce certifications, engineering background, or MBA.
