• • Join CCC Intelligent Solutions as a Business Data Analyst within the Mobility Group, the division that bridges automotive manufacturers with the P&C insurance economy through cutting-edge data, analytics, and digital solutions. You will sit at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate revenue growth and customer success.
• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data analysis—from data collection and cleansing to visualization and storytelling—ensuring stakeholders across operations, product, and executive leadership have the metrics they need to make confident, data-driven decisions.
• • Design and maintain best-in-class Tableau dashboards that track customer performance across multiple CCC products. Leverage advanced features such as Level-of-Detail (LOD) calculations, table calculations, and dynamic parameters to surface trends, outliers, and opportunities in near real-time.
• • Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product management, sales, and customer success to define KPIs, architect scalable data models, and automate recurring reports that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• • Conduct deep-dive analyses that uncover root causes behind customer churn, adoption gaps, and revenue leakage. Translate findings into concise, visually compelling narratives delivered in monthly and quarterly business reviews to both internal executives and external OEM clients.
• • Proactively monitor data quality across internal and external sources, identify anomalies, and collaborate with engineering to implement fixes that uphold the integrity of all downstream analytics and customer-facing metrics.
• • Build and maintain robust documentation and training materials that empower non-technical users to self-serve insights in Tableau, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
• • Drive strategic market analysis and business-case development by synthesizing competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and macro-economic indicators into forward-looking recommendations that influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• • Serve as the analytics subject-matter expert for the Mobility Group, evangelizing best practices in data governance, visualization design, and storytelling while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to a center-of-excellence community.
