- • Own the entire top-of-funnel sales motion: from intelligent market mapping and laser-focused prospecting to persuasive discovery calls and flawlessly scheduled hand-offs to Account Executives. Every day you will identify, qualify, and nurture decision-makers inside target enterprises across tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare verticals.
- • Run data-driven telemarketing campaigns that feel anything but scripted. Armed with cutting-edge CRM tooling, real-time intent data, and battle-tested messaging frameworks, you will craft personalized outreach sequences that cut through noise and convert at 2-3× industry averages.
- • Build and maintain a living, breathing pipeline that senior leadership trusts. You will log every interaction, update lead scores, forecast accurately, and surface actionable insights that steer product roadmaps, pricing strategy, and regional expansion plans.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads—Sales Engineers, Product Marketers, Campaign Designers, and Customer Success Managers—to refine ICP criteria, sharpen value propositions, and pilot new vertical plays. Your feedback loop directly influences how we package and position solutions that generate millions in ARR.
- • Master the art of remote influence. Whether you’re dialing into London at 9 a.m., presenting to San Francisco at 5 p.m., or Slack-huddling with teammates in Manila, you will project executive presence, cultural fluency, and tech-savvy credibility that earns instant respect.
- • Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. On-track performers earn uncapped accelerators, public recognition at global town halls, and fast-track promotion into Senior Business Developer, Team Lead, or Strategic Account Executive roles.
