- • Serve as the primary hunter for a net new HR Technology product within Equifax Workforce Solutions, driving initial sales and revenue generation from scratch.
- • Architect and execute a territory-wide sales strategy focused on securing new customer meetings and converting prospects into long-term, foundational client relationships.
- • Build and manage a robust pipeline of greenfield opportunities, owning the entire commercial sales lifecycle from initial lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
- • Engage consultatively with C-level executives, VPs, and other key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position the new product as a strategic solution.
- • Conduct deep research into prospective clients’ operations, industry trends, and HR pain points to tailor sales approaches that deliver measurable client value.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account, Solution, and Delivery teams to align resources and advance opportunities for the new offering.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on pipeline development, sales execution, and achieving aggressive revenue targets in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- • Act as the commercial owner of the product launch, shaping go-to-market strategy, messaging, and customer acquisition tactics from the ground up.
- • Operate with autonomy in a remote role, leveraging self-driven initiative to identify and pursue high-potential accounts across the assigned territory.
- • Demonstrate agility and urgency in responding to market feedback, adapting strategies rapidly to maximize adoption and revenue impact.
