- • As a Business Development Account Executive at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in the German market, specifically focusing on the dynamic Munich area. This is a pivotal role within our Field Sales team, designed for a driven and results-oriented individual who thrives on acquiring new business and closing deals. You will be a quota-carrying team member, directly impacting our company's impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth by generating millions in revenue for our leading Virtual Data Room (VDR) product.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively prospect outbound opportunities, identifying and engaging with potential new customers. This involves a strategic approach to building relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers, particularly within the Finance and Banking sectors, as well as other relevant industries in the Munich or Frankfurt regions. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a deep understanding of our VDR solution and its value proposition.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building and actively managing a robust sales pipeline. You will work with strategic accounts, nurturing leads from initial contact through to successful closure. This requires a high level of organization, persistence, and the ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently develop new business opportunities and convert them into loyal iDeals customers.
- • You will be instrumental in executing our sales and marketing strategy by actively contributing to lead generation and market penetration efforts. This includes participating in and helping to arrange M&A community events, such as those hosted by mnaCommunity.com, to enhance iDeals' visibility and brand presence within the industry. Your engagement in these events will be crucial for networking and establishing iDeals as a thought leader.
- • A core component of this role is the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive product presentations to potential clients. You will need to articulate the unique benefits of the iDeals VDR, tailoring your message to the specific needs and challenges of each prospect. This includes structuring, negotiating, and ultimately closing complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for both iDeals and our clients.
- • Beyond closing deals, you will be responsible for consistently sharing valuable insights and providing timely updates to customers, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Furthermore, you will act as a crucial conduit for customer feedback, relaying relevant information to our product development and management teams. This feedback loop is vital for the continuous improvement and innovation of our VDR solution.
- • Collaboration is key to success at iDeals. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial sale to ongoing satisfaction and potential expansion. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for growing customer loyalty and maximizing company revenue.
- • To excel in this role, you will leverage a sophisticated tech stack including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Phantombuster, Woodpecker, and Aircall, utilizing these tools to optimize your prospecting, communication, and sales processes. Your proactive approach, combined with a strategic use of these technologies, will be critical to your success in this high-velocity sales environment.
