- • As the Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Peek Travel Inc., you will drive strategic growth by building and managing high-value partnerships across channel, technology, and distribution ecosystems, directly contributing to the company’s mission of powering the $7B experiences industry through AI-driven innovation and seamless guest experiences.
- • You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to launch and performance management—working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to deliver scalable integrations, compelling joint offerings, and data-driven go-to-market strategies that expand market reach and revenue.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-powered SaaS partnerships, distribution ecosystems like OCTO, and experience-driven industries (attractions, museums, tours), while shaping the future of how cultural institutions and travel businesses leverage technology to thrive in an evolving market.
- • You will develop strategic acumen in structuring innovative deals (revenue sharing, usage-based pricing), leading AI and automation integrations, and advising clients on thriving in an AI-accelerated landscape—positioning yourself as a leader in partnership strategy within the experiences economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of experience in business development and partnerships with proven ability to manage deals end-to-end, from sourcing to execution, and comfort engaging with senior leaders and founders
- • Extensive background in SaaS combined with direct experience in travel, attractions, and/or cultural institutions environments
- • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product teams on intake processes, opportunity sizing, and tradeoff analysis
- • Experience partnering with or building integrations into AI-powered or automation platforms is a plus
- • Strategic thinking, strong execution, and high comfort navigating emerging tech including AI, automation, and no-code ecosystems
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • French fluency is a strong plus
