  • • The Manager of Digital Commerce Enablement & Partnerships drives adoption and execution across the digital commerce ecosystem, supporting Sales teams, integration partners, and go-to-market initiatives to ensure the platform is clearly understood, effectively positioned, and successfully implemented.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a subject-matter expert for Sales teams, supporting live deals through demos and solution positioning, creating and maintaining enablement materials, delivering training, and acting as a first-line escalation point for platform-related questions.
  • • The role involves partner onboarding and activation, coordinating with Product and Engineering on technical readiness, developing partner playbooks and documentation, supporting co-selling and co-marketing efforts, and tracking partner progress to surface risks or blockers.
  • • The position requires collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to collect feedback, identify adoption challenges and feature gaps, communicate insights to Product leadership, and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, aviation aftermarket, or digital commerce
  • • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales motions
  • • Exposure to partner enablement, integrations, or ecosystem-based platforms
  • • Strong ability to communicate complex platforms in clear, customer-friendly language
  • • Comfortable working cross-functionally in an execution-focused role
