  • • Manage and optimize the full sales cycle for SME accounts, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • • Identify, forge, and manage high-impact strategic partnerships to expand Hive Health’s market reach and customer base among small and medium-sized businesses in the Philippines.
  • • Develop a deep understanding of Hive Health’s digital health insurance platform to effectively communicate product value and address customer needs.
  • • Incorporate customer feedback and market insights into product positioning and sales strategy to ensure competitive and relevant offerings.
  • • Assist in brand-building initiatives through networking events, outreach campaigns, and community engagement activities.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve user experience and implement best-in-class business processes.
  • • Use data and business analysis to support decision-making, track sales performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • • Serve as an early team member contributing to the development of scalable sales and partnership frameworks that align with Hive Health’s mission of making healthcare accessible.
  • • Represent Hive Health professionally in client meetings, partnership discussions, and industry events to build trust and credibility.
  • • Continuously refine sales tactics and outreach methods based on real-time feedback and performance metrics.
  • • Work in a hybrid environment from the Pasig office, balancing in-person collaboration with remote engagement as needed.
  • • Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative startup culture focused on solving real healthcare access challenges for millions of Filipinos.
  • • Leverage mentorship and learning opportunities to accelerate professional growth within a globally connected team backed by Harvard, Stanford, and top investors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields
  • • Fresh graduates with stakeholder-facing experience from internships and/or extra-curriculars are welcome to apply
  • • Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
