- • As a Business Development Associate for Kraken 360, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the global adoption of cryptocurrency by driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless client operations for Kraken’s suite of products tailored to token and digital asset teams. This role sits at the intersection of dealmaking, relationship management, and operational excellence, directly contributing to Kraken’s mission of financial freedom and inclusion through crypto innovation.
- • You will drive pipeline and revenue growth for Kraken 360 by owning the full sales cycle — from sourcing and qualifying high-potential token and digital asset projects to closing deals with foundations, protocols, and emerging blockchain teams. You will scout the crypto landscape to identify undervalued opportunities and position Kraken 360 as the preferred partner for infrastructure, liquidity, and go-to-market support.
- • You will build and manage a dynamic network of third-party partners including VCs, accelerators, market makers, and service providers, structuring referral agreements and deal-flow mechanisms that create mutual value. You will continuously audit the partner ecosystem to identify gaps and proactively source new relationships that enhance Kraken’s reach and service depth across the digital asset lifecycle.
- • You will run point on client communications and internal coordination, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks by maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and tracking progress across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, compliance, and engineering to align go-to-market strategies and ensure client-facing communications are timely, accurate, and mission-driven.
- • You will operate with high autonomy in a fully remote, global environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution — juggling multiple workstreams without losing focus, while consistently delivering outcomes that advance Kraken’s position as a trusted partner in the crypto ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in crypto-native business development, mastering the nuances of L1/L2 dynamics, token launches, market making, and accelerator ecosystems. You will build a powerful personal network within the industry and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across projects, foundations, and service providers — positioning yourself as a go-to operator in the evolving digital asset landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with at least 1–2 years specifically in crypto or digital assets
- • Proven ability to manage real pipelines and close real deals — not just support them — with demonstrated success in token or blockchain-related transactions
- • Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem beyond blue-chip assets, including emerging projects, L1/L2 dynamics, token launches, market makers, accelerators, and the key players driving innovation
