Business Development Coordinator

📋 Description

• • The Business Development Coordinator serves as the operations engine behind Evidence Solutions’ business development efforts, playing a vital role in strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and proposal processes through administrative and operational support.
• • Day to day, the person will maintain and improve sales materials and templates, oversee archiving and centralization of key resources like case studies and capabilities decks, coordinate workflow between internal teams for lead generation and prospecting, support RFI and RFP responses, manage intake and submission of RFP requests, act as primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team, monitor pipeline and lead reporting in Salesforce, and support marketing initiatives as directed.
• • The role is part of the Evidence Solutions Business Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development, within Precision Medicine Group, a company focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical solutions.
• • The person can learn and achieve expertise in business development operations, Salesforce pipeline management, healthcare industry knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and proposal lifecycle management, while developing strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
