📋 Description

• As Business Development Director at Trust Wallet, you will lead the partnership ecosystem to drive user growth, business innovation, and market leadership in the Web3 and fintech space.
• You will identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact strategic alliances with blockchain partners, dApps, protocols, and venture capitalists, manage the full partnership lifecycle, and collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align BD initiatives with company goals.
• Trust Wallet is the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet trusted by over 200 million users globally, with a mission to empower individuals in the Web3 and AI-powered future through secure, multi-chain asset management.
• You will develop and implement data-driven business development strategies, mentor and grow the BD team, influence cross-functional collaboration, and provide strategic insights to the CEO on market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
