📋 Description
- • Generate sales pipeline by independently identifying and reaching out to companies and contacts that align with Smartsheet’s services using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and specialist sales tools, applying independent judgment to prioritize high-value opportunities
- • Create and manage multiple outbound sequence campaigns within the sales engagement platform, planning and prioritizing activity across concurrent workstreams to ensure consistent pipeline generation
- • Accurately record and document all prospecting activities in Salesforce.com to maintain data integrity and support team-wide reporting and visibility
- • Monitor the social web for potential leads and participate in outbound social marketing initiatives, exercising judgment on relevance and timing to maximize engagement
- • Leverage sales techniques to maximize prospect interactions, adapting communication style to engage individuals at all organizational levels with clarity and professionalism
- • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity with the goal of qualifying leads and expanding the sales pipeline, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection or ambiguity
- • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Large Enterprise Account Executives to support shared pipeline goals, acting as a reliable and constructive team member
- • Operate standard computer and keyboard equipment in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office work as required by daily responsibilities
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and business growth
- • Apply sustained focus and independent decision-making to navigate evolving sales strategies and qualification methods in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Contribute to revenue growth by consistently meeting outbound activity targets and qualifying prospects for handoff to Account Executives
- • Maintain awareness of pipeline contribution in relation to revenue targets, despite not having direct financial responsibility for sales outcomes
- • Demonstrate proactive learning and career development in software sales, taking ownership of individual performance and growth
- • Utilize market knowledge and cultural awareness relevant to the DACH region to enhance prospecting effectiveness and communication
- • Ensure compliance with legal work eligibility requirements in Germany for ongoing employment
