📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Director for CTV at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the rapidly evolving Connected TV and streaming landscape across EMEA, driving strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and reinforce Nexxen’s position as a leader in unified, data-powered advertising technology.
- • You will own the end-to-end business development lifecycle — from identifying high-potential CTV and streaming partners in the UK and EMEA, through strategic negotiation and deal closure, to onboarding and nurturing long-term relationships that deliver mutual growth and innovation.
- • Your day-to-day will involve prospecting and qualifying new supply opportunities, crafting tailored partnership strategies, leading negotiations with senior stakeholders at CTV platforms and publishers, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and legal teams to align solutions with market needs.
- • You will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of CTV and streaming partners, setting and achieving ambitious revenue and partnership growth targets, and providing actionable insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and monetization opportunities to inform company-wide strategy.
- • Working within Nexxen’s London-based EMEA team, you’ll join a collaborative, ego-free culture grounded in the Nexxen Way — Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego — where innovation thrives through diversity, inclusion, and a shared commitment to transforming advertising through technology.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, particularly around CTV supply dynamics, while honing advanced skills in strategic negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and market-driven business development — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the future of TV advertising.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within AdTech or Programmatic advertising.
- • Proven track record working with CTV and streaming platforms or publishers in the UK and EMEA markets.
- • Strong sales capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and CTV supply landscape.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a fast-learning mindset and strong commercial instincts.
- • Fluent English (written and spoken) – required; additional languages considered an advantage.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, solve problems, and identify growth opportunities.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week.
- • Summer Fridays: leave at 3pm to start your weekend early during summer months.
- • Private healthcare coverage for you and your family.
